Dexter told Delilah that you have to let loose on your birthday. It is the only day of the year when Mom will let you have extra dry food and more treats than usual. Delilah told Dexter that she doesn't need extra food. She just likes playing with the new catnip toys.
Dexter agreed that the toys were great too. In fact, he forgot all about acting aloof and like he was in charge. He just took one sniff of the catnip toy and let it all hang out!
Delilah agreed that he was really "into" the new toys and wore his tongue out licking them. She prefers to throw them into the air and jump up after them.
Dexter said that was too much work.
